hey.. i have a sim card from rogers and so, i have a cell number with my home address and name.
suppose i want to get another sim card with a different cell number but same name and home address.. is that possible??

Yes, this is definitely possible, but if you have two active numbers then you would have to be paying a monthly service fee for both (as well as system access fee and 911 access on both).
