Temporary sim cards available in malaysia?
Actually we dont have any temporary sim cards. What we have is pre-paid but u'll need a simple registration. No worries registrations is just for people not to misuse the lines. So get a get prepaid sim card from any one of our Telco. And the line will be instantly activated.
Reply:You can get prepaid SIM cards for RM8.80 (from Maxis), with RM5 credit inside. The more you need, just buy more credit. Topping up is easy, and top up cards are available anywhere - even at 7-11 outlets.

There are no temporary SIM cards, but once you buy one it will be activated in no more than 2 hours. Only conditions are that you must give your passport to be photocopied so that they can register your details online. Head for large service provider centres that do the registration for you - because if you buy the SIM card from a small service centre you have to activate it yourself at a post office, or online.
Reply:Pre-paid sim card can be bought everywhere even in 7-11.

You can either choose

maxis

Celcom

Digi

There are less then USD3.00
Reply:Temporary Sim Card - we don't have it here. But we do have pre-paid sim cards, which only need a few minutes for registration (especially DIGI Telecommunications). You can register right away. Registration is made by their staff, just provide them your International Passport. And the price is about USD2.50

Enjoy your stay in Malaysia and

don't swallow your SIM card....

hahaha (just kidding - there's a case going on here in Malaysia)
