I spilt water on my cingular phone. will the P168 tri band phone work if i switch the sim cards?

I have cingular will the sim card work on the P168 3.5" tri band MP3-MP4-PDA Cell Phone. This phone looks a little like the Iphone

Att network is GSM850/1900


The P168 is a GSM900/1800/1900 phone and is missing the GSM850 band


The phone would work if you are in a area that ATT is GSM1900


The phone will get no service if you are in a GSM850 area, this is a bad choice for att service


The short version - Dont buy this phone


Any phone you purchase, make sure it is at least GSM850/1900
