Which mobille companies in the United States use sim cards?

I know T-Mobile and Cingular/ATT do. But who else? Thanks!

Which mobille companies in the United States use sim cards?
T-Mobile and Cingular are the main two. Verizon is on a CDMA network and Sprint is not a GSM provider either (GSM uses sim cards). Pretty much the rest of the world uses GSM technology, which means an unlocked phone that is tri or quad band is good all over the world!
Reply:ummm wrong. every new phone uses a SIM card to store data, with the exception of a few including iphone (it has a SIM but you store contacts on the phone not the card) plus you forgot nextel, virgin mobile, and alltel. you should research your answers buddy. Report Abuse

Reply:t-mobile and att%26amp;t and outside of usa
Reply:that paul C guy is fckin retarted.

virgin mobile dosnt have sim cards.

and verizon dosnt either.

but i have never heard of any of the other ones he said.

but i dont think sprint has sim cards either,
Reply:It all depends on where you live. I live in Minneapolis and my only options are T-Mobile and at%26amp;t. Your best guess is to go through http://www.gsmworld.com/roaming/gsminfo/... .
Reply:t-mobile( have t-mobile now) and At%26amp;t

Verizon(worked for verizon wireless) does not nor do sprint(had a sprint acct)

2.CINGULAR/ATT

ALL THE REST OF THE COMPANIES USE CDMA

you are right thats it
Reply:T-Mobile and AT%26amp;T are the only big ones, dont listen to them, verizon and sprint DO NOT use gsm sim cards, they use cdma.
Reply:boost, virgin mobile, Einstein pcs, us cellular, verizon wireless
Reply:Verizon DOES NOT us SIM cards. T-Mobile and AT%26amp;T(Cingular) does.
