would the old phone act like the current phone you have? and would it still be the same number as the current phone since you switched the sim cards?

If the phone you have is unlocked and you switch sim cards,the phone number will stay the same and all your phone numbers nd other stuff will automatically be transferred

your number and plan is within your sim card, not your phone. the old phone will have the same applications (games, ringtones) no matter what sim card is in it, but you have to save your contacts and pictures to your sim card in order for them to be moved to your old phone.
