Does the lg chocolate phone accept sim cards?

i currently have a tomobile phones which has a sim card and wanted to purchase a lg unlocked chocolate phone and wanted to know if it will accept sim cards?

The GSM model should. It appears to go by the KG800 model number.





Do *not* get the CDMA one, which appears to go by SV590 or VX8500. These do not use SIM cards.
Reply:buying an unlocked Verizon model will not work on the t-mobile network. The reason being is Verizon uses a technology called CDMA to send and receive calls, where t-mobile uses GSM. The only other carrier in the US that uses GSM is Cingular. If your looking for a cool MP3 player phone that is GSM try the new KRAZR, it's smaller than the razr and much better looking.
