Which Compainies have sim cards ?

I have an old razer from T-Mobile and I was looking to buying another phone .I really want a virgin mobile phone . But I have read some places that virgin mobile dosen't use sim cards . Is that true ?I hope not . Back to my question , I know cingular uses sim cards is that the only plan so far that does or is their more .

tmo %26amp; cingular uses gsm phones. which means they receive signals from towers on earth.


verizon and sprint uses cdma phones. which means they receive their signals from sattelites. that is why verizon and sprint is more expensive than tmo and cingular. but they have better reception than tmo and cingular.
