Does walmart sell sim cards alone?

I know walmart has cingular go phones with the sim cards, but i only need a sin card, not another phone. So does walmart sell cingular sim cards without the phone? If not, where can I get them? Thanks

But Cingular stores sell them for $25. You can also buy them on e-bay or Amazon a little cheaper, but it will take extra time.
