No. Chocolate phones do not come with sim cards. Chocolate phones are made for verizon only. Verizon is a cdma technology company (they don't use sim cards)

Reply:no Verizon Wireless uses CMDA technology and so does sprint, but cingular, and T-Mobile, use SIM Cards.
