I'm going to buy a Unlocked to all networks phone, that the seller said will only work with a SIM card. Does US Cellular use SIM cards or is there another way for them to activate the phone?

from what i understand, US Cellular is a CDMA cell group.
meaning they are just like verizon, they dont use Sim cards.
Reply:Sim cards are for GSM phones, which is a different digital "language" than others, and US Cellular is CDMA
