Where can I buy cell phones that uses SIM cards and doesn't come with a contract?
BEST BUY!!!!
Reply:If you are going overseas, you must buy an unlocked (unrestricted) GSM phone. Some retailers who specialize in unlocked phones exist. Such as GS Wireless http://www.mygswireless.com

When you buy an unlocked world GSM phone from them there is no contract.

Also Telestial sells pre-paid SIM cards and no contract GSM phone as well for traveling abroad:

Reply:you can haggle from T-Mobile or AT%26amp;T stores....eBay you're not sure about what you're getting since most people dupe you with refurbished stuff....I bought an unlocked phone from Tmobile, they do charge you quite a bit, but worth it, it's a world wide phone, gsm whatever....if you're going to buy a non-plan cell, make sure to ask them to UNLOCK the phone , so it's usable to any preferred service of yours GSM900/1800, etcccc..
Reply:AT%26amp;T..... you just have to look through all of the Phones, the old Cingular,,, Look at the Refurbished ones,,, you can gat a refurb from 9.99 on up.... dont be afraid of the word refurbished,,,, it only means that they could not be put on shelf becuase of a small problem like a tiny scratch on the phone or something like that,,,,
Reply:trac phone... comes with a sim card..
