I know there are alot of different ones that say its free n can do it using codes and your IMEI number or something! Do you know of any??

Absolutely not. Unlock codes are proprietary information and are never given out freely by an unlocking service. Unlocking services only exist to make money and so naturally they are going to charge you.
Would you walk into the grocery store and say "Hey can I have some FREE food?".
